Membership Chair

Chad Thomas serves as Economic Development Director for St. George City, Utah's fifth-largest city, where he leads efforts to foster economic growth, attract investment, and enhance the city's overall prosperity. He joined the city in 2023 after serving as Vice President of Economic Development for Iredell County IDC in North Carolina. A graduate of Southern Utah University, Chad has also been involved in economic development efforts in Layton City and Provo City. In his role with the Alliance, he chairs the Membership Committee, helping grow and engage the organization's professional community across Utah.
