Secretary

Elise Summers serves as the Economic Development Director for Saratoga Springs City and as Secretary of the Utah Alliance for Economic Development Board. In her role, she supports the Alliance's organizational operations and governance while advancing economic development initiatives in one of Utah's fastest-growing communities.
