    Urban Land Institute presents:
    UrbanPlan for Public Officials

In conjunction with the Utah Alliance Meeting in January, the Urban Land Institute is presenting this fabulous workshop targeted to Local Officials on the real estate development process and economic development. This workshop is ideal for local decision makers who would like to learn more about the fundamental forces that shape and affect the built environment and the important leadership roles that elected and appointed officials play in the real estate development process. Working with its District Councils, the Urban Land Institute aims to engage public officials in an interactive dialogue about the challenging issues, varying private and public sector roles, complex tradeoffs, and economics that are at play in land use in communities across the country.

This one-day workshop will be held on Tuesday, January 7 in St. George. The Utah Alliance meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 8 and Washington County's "What's Up Down South" conference will be held on Thursday, January 9.
