Lauren’s career includes twenty years of marketing/business development, and her favorite role is serving on association boards in California, Nevada, and Utah. Lauren joined the Utah Alliance in 2021 as she was tasked with opening a new office for a previous employer in Utah. In 2022, she was invited to join the board and currently serves as the co-chair for the Membership/Sponsorship Committee in the Alliance. She loves her position at Galloway & Co., where she provides strategic business development by building effective relationships with current and future clients throughout Utah. She thrives on connecting with and helping people!

Kaden Figgins is the Director of Planning and Economic Development for Garfield County, Utah, where he leads the county's efforts to promote sustainable growth and economic prosperity.

In 2022, Kaden was honored with the "Outstanding Economic Development Director of the Year" award at the Utah Association of Counties (UAC) Annual Conference, in recognition of his exceptional leadership and innovative strategies that have contributed to the economic advancement of Garfield County.

Kaden is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career in rural planning. As the founder and principal consultant of High Mountain Consulting, Kaden has been instrumental in modernizing ordinances and revitalizing rural municipalities and counties across the State of Utah. His innovative approaches and strategic insights have earned him a reputation as a leading authority in driving sustainable growth and development in rural communities.

Ibi Guevara is the Partner and VP of Business Development and Marketing at Hunt Electric. Over the past 19 years, she has played a key role in the company’s growth, leading market research and expanding the company in three additional market sectors. Ibi is a people connector who listens carefully to her customers, offers customized solutions and builds teams to meet their needs. She has earned several accolades for her commitment to excellence, including the Pathfinder Award from the Salt Lake Chamber in 2021. Ibi holds an MBA in Business Administration and Marketing and a Law Degree. She is proficient in three languages: Romanian, Hungarian, and English. Outside of work, Ibi enjoys skiing in the winter and camping and boating in the summer.

Ms. Flores is the Economic Development Director for Davis County, leading the county’s economic development initiatives to foster growth and improve the quality of life. She builds partnerships across various sectors, such as industry, academia, and government, and is a crucial link between the Northern Utah Economic Alliance and Davis and Weber Counties. Ms. Flores is an active member of several advisory and executive boards and holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication and a Master of Strategic Communication. The Society has recognized her contributions to the field for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering with the 2020 Young Professional Emerging Leadership Award.

Danielle is a talented graphic designer with more than 30 years of experience in the architectural field. For the last twenty years, she has focused on experience graphics. Her outstanding portfolio includes designing engaging large-scale graphics, signage, and wayfinding systems for various buildings. Danielle ensures consistency across all elements, creating a smooth and intuitive user experience. She has been recognized as an Honoree of the Utah Philanthropy  Hearts and Hands for her contributions to CHOICE Humanitarian.
